HOW TO APPLY
Are you ready to apply for a rental property? We are excited to work with you and are here to help if you have any questions throughout the process. Below is important information about the application process and criteria for approval/denial guidelines. Please be sure to fill out the application completely and accurately. Make sure everyone that occupying the dwelling is listed. Any missions or errors will delay the process of your application and could be grounds for denial.
- Fill out the online application completely and accurately. All occupants must be
listed on the application. For children under the age of 18, only fill out applicable
information. All adults in the household must submit to a background check. The
background check includes criminal history, credit check, eviction search and rental
verification. Application fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. - Provide proof of identification and proof of employment/income.
- Pay security deposit and pet fee/deposit if applicable. Security deposits must be
received to secure the property. Until a deposit is received, the property can be
rented to another applicant. Security deposits are non-refundable, unless the
application is denied. - If your application is approved, an agent will contact you to schedule your move-in
date. You will need to make an appointment to sign lease paperwork, conduct a
walk-through of the home, and pay any remaining balance for your deposit, pet
fees/deposit, and rent charges. All charges are due in full before you receive keys.
